Introductory Things

I live with my incredible wife and two rambunctious little boys north of Houston.  Originally, I'm from the tiny town of Kingsville, TX then I went up to Boston where I graduated from MIT (Class of '00).   I've lived and worked in Beijing, New Orleans, Houston proper and have spent a bunch of time in Central and South America.   

I've made an independent feature film you never heard of.  I've worked in the oil and gas industry constructing wells, dissecting data and leading analytics teams.  I wrote a kids book and I also built an unsuccessful tech company in 2011.  Right now I'm starting a software company.   Previously: @mit @xom @anadarko   

Audiobooks, learning, figuring stuff out, building things, novelty (along the lines of unusual, interesting and original and less the Spencer's Gifts gag gifts...although Spencer's rules), cool TV shows, jazz music, technology obviously, doing stuff with the kids always!
